We are proud to offer a free hearing screening to all new patients. During that screening, Dr. Engel may recommend you return for a comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluation.  This hearing evaluation or exam will consist of a case history, air conduction testing, bone conduction testing, speech recognition testing, speech discrimination testing, and the explanation and counseling of results.

The results from a hearing evaluation will give you and your provider the full scope of your hearing capabilities including the degree and type of hearing loss. With a completed hearing evaluation, your provider can then make the best recommendations to treat your hearing needs.
